Born on Cape Cod, Casey graduated from Northeastern University before working in finance in Boston, New York City, and Miami. When the mortgage-backed securities market collapsed in 2008, a former bond client convinced him to get his real estate license and represent their Distressed Asset Real Estate Fund throughout Florida. During the market recovery, Casey took a $40 million residential portfolio of distressed notes from courthouse to resale, then went on to represent Fannie Mae and all the major banks.
Since 2009, Casey has represented a diverse client base including NFL and WWE athletes, Family Offices, private equity funds, developers, asset managers, banking institutions, and high net worth investors. His experience spans distressed assets, ground-up development, redevelopment projects, and stabilized income-producing properties. On the residential side, he's closed over $100 million in sales volume across all price points—from starter homes to luxury estates.
